Q.Why does the Print to PDF option not work on my iOS device?

You will need to enable pop-ups in Safari to use this feature on an iPhone. On your device, select Settings, Safari and ensure that "Block Pop-Ups" is turned off.

Also, please allow a few seconds for the PDF print out to appear after requesting it, as it takes a few momnents to prepare and download.
